We’re excited to share that The ‘Shop will be a host site for Pies on Parade, an annual fundraising event benefiting AIO Food & Energy Assistance! Join us on Sunday, March 16th for a sweet celebration in support of our local food bank.
Pies on Parade is a community-wide event that provides an opportunity for people to sample delicious sweet and savory pies over the course of a weekend, while providing critical support for AIO Food and Energy Assistance which serves all of Knox County.
Ticket Information:
Single Day Ticket: $20 (valid for either Saturday or Sunday)
Weekend Pass: $35 (access to both Saturday and Sunday events)
Please note that tickets will not be mailed; they must be picked up in person at designated locations and times.
Event Schedule:
Friday, March 14: Kickoff with a screening of “The Life of Pi” at The Strand
Saturday, March 15: Pie stops in Camden and Rockport from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Sunday, March 16: Pie stops in Rockland and Thomaston from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
***NOTE: The Apprenticeshop is only participating as a “Pie Stop” on Sunday, March 16th***
Ticket Pickup Locations and Times:
Friday, March 14: The Strand Theater (345 Main Street, Rockland) between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Saturday, March 15: 16 Bay View Hotel (The Curtis Bok Ballroom, lower level) in Camden between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
Sunday, March 16: AIO Food and Energy Assistance (1 Gordon Drive, Rockland) between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
