Connect
to the water.
With over 2.5 acres of waterfront property, our unique location offers visual and physical access to Rockland Harbor. Members of the public can walk along the shore or enjoy the water from our 400-foot fixed pier and over 400 feet of seasonal floats. Small boats can be hauled and launched from the nearby public boat ramp. We offer seasonal slips, mooring rentals, and dinghy dockage from May to October. Choosing to be part of The Apprenticeshop waterfront supports our educational mission.

Dinghy Dockage
We offer seasonal dinghy tie-ups on our float system from May 15th through early October. Dinghy rental includes parking, access to fresh water, electricity, trash, recycling, use of our portable toilet, and use of our dock carts for shuttling gear. We ask that all outboards be left down to prevent damaging other tenders.

Mooring Rentals
We have moorings available for seasonal rental. Mooring rental includes dinghy tie-up and parking. Our moorings and dock are located in the north end of Rockland Harbor, within walking distance to Hannaford supermarket, the Good Tern Coop, the gas station, and laundromat, as well as many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars in downtown Rockland. You can visit the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce for more local information.

Slip Space
On average, we have 4 slip spaces available for rent during the summer season. Please contact the office for availability.
