This fall we’re welcoming new and experienced sailors to be a part of The Apprenticeshop High School Sailing Team. Participating sailors practice on our fleet of 420 dinghies in Rockland Harbor. This is a great opportunity for beginners to learn the basics of sailing and racing, or experienced sailors to further develop their skills on the water.

Sessions run from August 31st to October 9th and are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30-6:30pm, departing from the Apprenticeshop pier. Registration includes regattas on Saturdays throughout the season between Portland and MDI. Drysuits are not mandatory for the fall season, but wetsuits and/or drytops will make for a happier sailor towards the end of the fall.
